Employee Turnover Survey
| Hello, my name is Raymond A. Loch. I am a student attending Albertus
Magnus College in New Haven, CT and enrolled in the Masters Program. I am presently
working on my Management Research Paper. I would appreciate it if you can take a few
minutes to respond to the survey questions. The survey will take approximately 5-10
minutes to fill out. Please note that your responses will/may be used in the final results
or the research paper. Individual responses will be held in confidence.
